To listen a little deeper.
To reconnect with yourself.
To remember the beauty of simply being present.

Platform Wellness invites you into Whispering Rumi, an intimate evening celebrating the timeless poetry and wisdom of the beloved Persian poet, Rumi.

Led by Mahin Huschmand, the evening will be primarily in English, with select poems shared in Persian, allowing us to experience Rumi in the beauty of his original language.

🕯️ New this month: a guided meditation, woven through Rumi's words.

Partway through the evening we'll dim the lights, settle in together, and move into a gentle guided meditation built entirely around Rumi — his verses offered slowly, in both English and Persian, as something to rest inside of rather than something to study.

No experience with meditation is needed, and you don't need to understand a word of Persian for it to reach you. The sound carries its own meaning. This is simply time set aside to stop, breathe, and let the words do what they have done for eight hundred years.

Traditional Persian music will gently weave through the evening, alongside Shiraz wine, Sekanjebin, and Persian treats, creating an experience rooted in culture, hospitality, reflection, and connection.

And for those who have a Rumi poem that has stayed with them, you're invited to bring it and share it with the group. 🤍

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your favorite Rumi poem, and an open heart.
