Instructor Plankton — HK local. Tea Artist, Master of Comparative Literature at The University of Hong Kong, and a philosophy enthusiast. He presents the tea art experience through a cultural studies lens, focusing on tea's relationship with body, mind, spirit, culture, and creativity. He will explore the many possibilities tea brings to life:

* Meet through tea: Bound by tea, friends from all backgrounds can sit at one table. The tea artist creates a relaxed yet profound atmosphere for conversation, allowing you to enjoy tea and meet new friends.

* Refine your taste: The tea artist will guide guests to taste selected premium ancient-tree tea, learning to distinguish different aromas and flavors, and express their feelings about tea with precise vocabulary.

* Health and wellness: As health awareness grows, learning to choose and enjoy tea that suits you can further enhance your physical and mental well-being.

* Learn to brew: The tea artist will demonstrate brewing and break down how different techniques affect the tea, hoping guests can enjoy the process while learning practical and professional skills.
