Fall Flavors & Fresh Pasta Making Class

Join us for this seasonal pasta making class!

Learn how to make pasta like a tiny Italian Nonna (or Nonno).

In this hands on class you will learn to make 2 different kinds of pasta dough then use your creativity to make colorful pasta shapes. We will demonstrate 2 sauces that we will serve with the pasta at the end of class. PLUS MINI CANNOLI FOR DESSERT.

Menu:
Fresh Egg Pasta dough + Beet Pasta Dough

Rigatoni - Butternut Squash Sauce

Farfalle - Tuscan Kale Pesto

Pumpkin Cannoli

All classes are hands-on. We have a collection of traditional pasta making tools from Italy and special pasta rolling boards.

We eat what we make! We will cook up the pasta together for a tasting at the end of the class. This is typically enough for a light meal.

NOTE: Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - our Italian Cooking School kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd. (NOT at Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).

All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

If the class is full - register for the wait list and you will be contacted first for future classes.

No Refunds: All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
