With a background in nursing and informatics, Charity brings a unique perspective to healthcare technology, bridging clinical care, operations, and IT. She leads teams across Epic, Workday, cybersecurity, infrastructure, biomedical engineering, and enterprise technology initiatives, with a focus on delivering solutions that are secure, practical, and meaningful.

Charity is passionate about collaborative leadership and believes the best solutions come from listening first, building strong partnerships, and bringing the right people to the table. She is committed to creating an IT organization that is approachable, responsive, and easy to work with—and encourages colleagues to reach out, share ideas, ask questions, and partner with her team as Methodist continues to advance care through technology.

Lisa Fry
Chief of Innovation and Strategy

Lisa Fry has over 25 years of experience in the health care and health management industry. She began her career in the insurance industry and transitioned into management consulting at KPMG LLP in the National Healthcare Strategy Practice. Following KPMG, she held executive management roles for 12 years at Kaiser Permanente. She was also a member of the founding executive team of Avivia Health and led the sales function for the health plan line of business for WebMD Health Services.

At SCP Health, Fry leads strategy and innovation programs, including value-based initiatives and all non-hospital-based service lines, including Connected Care Solutions and Hospital at Home. Throughout her career, Fry’s primary areas of focus have been on driving revenue growth for client organizations and supporting clients in combining financial and clinical data with population-based health information to create superior health outcomes and enhanced value from health care services. Fry holds a Master of Management in finance and management strategy from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Northwestern University.

Amy McCarthy DNP, RNC-MNN, NE-BC, CENP
Chief Nursing Officer

Amy K. McCarthy, DNP, RNC-MNN, NE-BC, CENP is the Chief Nursing Officer at Hippocratic AI, where she leads efforts in leveraging generative AI to enhance access to healthcare. A passionate advocate for transformational, heart-led leadership, McCarthy is dedicated to creating innovative, patient-centered, and nurse-supportive environments through cutting-edge technology and policy influence.

She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Executive Leadership from The George Washington University and has spent over a decade collaborating with state and national nursing leaders to drive workforce improvements, enhance patient outcomes, and support nurses—both at the bedside and in leadership roles. With a clinical background in women’s and infants’ health, McCarthy has been a steadfast advocate for this patient population, championing policies and initiatives that improve maternal and neonatal care.

McCarthy is the Immediate Past -President of the Texas Nurses Association and previously held a Director-at-Large position on the American Nurses Association Board of Directors, where she worked to address critical issues such as safe staffing, workplace violence prevention, and racial equity in nursing.

Monica Subramani
Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Digital Solutions

Monica Subramani is the Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Digital Solutions at GE Healthcare, where she leads sales and go-to-market strategy for the company’s emerging enterprise digital and AI platforms. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, Monica spent nine years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she led the Enterprise Healthcare & Life Sciences business in the East.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Monica began her career in electrical and biomedical engineering. She worked as a hardware developer and applications engineer before transitioning into technical sales. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations of all sizes and industries to deliver impactful solutions across hardware, software, and SaaS, enabling business growth through innovation.

Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration.

Jovelyn Castellanos Dominquez, MHA

Jovelyn Castellanos is a healthcare innovation leader advancing healthcare and technology through strategy, media, community engagement, and public affairs. As Chief Strategy and Public Affairs Officer at Health Wildcatters, she leads ecosystem-building initiatives that position North Texas as a hub for health innovation, including the Women in Science and Healthcare (WISH) Network—now a 700+ member community spanning seven academic institutions and supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration and also leads the Health Wildcatters Venture Center, facilitating deal flow and strategic connections between venture capital firms, angel investors, and high-growth healthcare startups from around the world.

With dual masters degrees in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Healthcare Leadership & Management, Jovelyn bridges scientific rigor with executive strategy. She previously led large-scale community relations and outreach efforts at Parkland Health and UT Southwestern, including COVID-19 vaccine initiatives that expanded access for Latino, immigrant, and refugee communities across Dallas County.

Jovelyn is deeply committed to expanding opportunities in STEM, healthcare, technology, and entrepreneurship. She serves on multiple civic and advisory boards and was named to the Dallas Business Journal’s 2025 “40 Under 40” and selected for the 2025 Leadership Women – Texas cohort. Her work has been featured in Hispanic Executive, Latino Leaders Magazine, DCEO, NBC5, Telemundo, and the Dallas Business Journal.
