<h3>Age Restrictions</h3><p>For ages 13 &amp; up</p>

<h3>Description</h3><p>Finally! Achieve the rolls, biscuits, cakes, and cookies you love and crave, without the gluten. During class, we’ll unlock key gluten-free baking techniques to achieve the delicious tastes and textures you crave in baked goods.</p><p>Get to know ingredients like psyllium husk, create your own tangzhong (sometimes known as “water roux”), a technique used in creating a fluffy, hydrated texture in Japanese milk breads. You’ll also create your own all-purpose gluten-free flour blend—and understand the functions of each of the elements that go into it. </p><p>Note that while this class is focused on gluten-free ingredients and baking techniques, the class does not take place in a gluten-free baking facility, so please keep that in mind if you have a severe gluten allergy. </p><p>You will be working in a small group. For ages 13 and up. Children 13 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.</p>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
