Ancient Stories, Real Life: Ten Weeks in the Torah

Ancient Stories, Real Life: Ten Weeks in the Torah

Top Organizer
Overview

Join Rabbi Tarlan for 10 Saturday mornings exploring the Torah’s most human stories, and what they can teach us today.

Family. Love. Jealousy. Loss. Faith. Conflict. Forgiveness. Starting over.

The stories are ancient. The questions are our own.

Join Rabbi Tarlan Rabizadeh on Saturday mornings to explore the people and stories of the Torah, and what they have to teach us about our lives today.

We'll start at the beginning with Genesis and follow the weekly Torah portion (the section read in synagogues each week). If you're dealing with something in your life, chances are our ancestors dealt with it first.

No Hebrew or experience needed. Just bring your questions and curiosity. Gather around the table for learning, conversation, community, and light refreshments.
