Karina Loken is a visionary entrepreneur and a driving force behind The Loken Group, one of the most successful residential real estate teams in Texas. As a new mom and former elementary school teacher, Karina re-entered the workplace in 2008 in her new field of real estate. Joined by her husband, Lance, in 2011, and together with the help of their incredibly talented team members, transformed it into a top-producing real estate powerhouse. Their leadership has earned them recognition, including three consecutive #1 Best Place to Work awards from the Houston Business Journal (2015, 2017, 2018).

In 2018, Karina and Lance further expanded their real estate footprint by acquiring the KW Platinum Market Center in Houston, where Karina serves as Operating Principal. She leads with a focus on recruiting top talent, providing training, and fostering leadership and professional excellence.
