Pour & Pair: An Evening with Duckhorn Wines

Five wines from the Duckhorn portfolio, five small plates built to match them, and two hours at Public Belt to work your way through all of it.

Join us for a guided tasting that moves the way a good meal does. We start bright with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, then build into Merlot, a red blend, and Cabernet, with each pour introduced and poured alongside a small bite made for it by our culinary team.

The pairings run from Camembert on sourdough toast to beef tartare with bowfin caviar and pastrami oxtail gratin, closing with peach cobbler and Jack Daniel's liquid nitrogen ice cream. New Orleans on the plate, Napa and beyond in the glass.

Your ticket covers all five pairings, dessert, and parking validation for the garage, so you can leave the car with us and enjoy the evening.
