GET READY FOR THE MIDWEST PREMIERE OF WE ARE THE TIGERS HERE AT CCPA!
This slasher pop rock musical’s book, lyrics and music by Drama Desk-nominated, local playwright Preston Max Allen, is absolute fire and dives into the question inquiring minds are simply dying to know: What happens when you get a squad of hardcore cheerleaders together for their annual spirit-lifting sleepover? What begins as an innocent night of fun and team bonding soon spirals into something darker…
A little fun. A whole lot of Type A intensity. And a sprinkle of…murder.
This thrilling ride explores themes of pressure, identity, mob mentality, the cost of fitting in, and asks: how do we react when the heat is turned on full blast?
