"Standout saxophonist" Ian Buss is a contemporary woodwinds artist rooted in jazz and blues. As a bandleader, Ian has performed for a United Nations conference and jazz clubs across the United States, featuring his original compositions and unique approach to standards. He has also appeared extensively as a side person with The Temptations, The Four Tops, Yoron Israel (drummer for Sonny Rollins, Ahmad Jamal), Gilbert Castellanos, Jon Faddis, and others.

In 2019, Ian joined the touring band of Grammy-nominated singer Sugaray Rayford, which led to headliner performances at festivals such as Bluesapalooza, Columbia Pike Blues Festival, and Big Bull Falls Blues Fest. The Sugaray Rayford Band was nominated for Band of the Year at the 2019 Blues Music Awards. Additionally, Ian is featured as a soloist on numerous recording projects, including Yoron Israel's newest release, Inspiration. Ian's debut single, "You Know I Care," has accumulated almost a million streams globally.
