2026 ASCWI Trick or Treat Sign-Up Form

Join us as a Booth Host for ASCWI's Trick or Treat on the Quad!

We invite all CWI departments, offices, student clubs and organizations to host a booth at the Annual ASCWI Trick or Treat on the Quad event (formerly Trunk or Treat). This is a wonderful chance to foster community and connect with CWI students and families.

Event Details:

• Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026
• Time: 5:00PM-7:00PM
• Location: Nampa Campus Quad

Event Purpose:

ASCWI's Trick or Treat on the Quad is a chance to connect with the CWI community in a fun, safe environment.

• Hosts should focus on creating a festive and engaging booth while passing out candy.
• This isn't a chance to promote specific services, but rather an opportunity to build recognition and put a friendly face to your department or organization.
• Family members and costumes are welcome and encouraged!

Booth Activities:

• Participating booths are encouraged to offer a short, family-friendly game, challenge, or interactive activity for attendees.
• Activities should be simple, engaging, and appropriate for all ages.

Supplies:

• Candy will be provided for all participants while supplies last.
• Limited decorations will also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Booth hosts are welcome to bring their own appropriate decorations, games, and supplies; however, these purchases will not be reimbursed!

Set-Up:

ASCWI will provide one table and two chairs for each registered booth host. Participants are encouraged to decorate their booth space and may bring additional decorations and supplies. Canopies are welcome and encouraged; however, hosts are responsible for providing and properly securing their own canopy. Due to space limitations, we recommend 8'x8' canopies but must not exceed 10'x10'.

• Setup Time: 3:00PM-4:45PM.
• Check-In: All booth hosts should be checked in and fully set up by 4:45PM.
• Booth Space: Please keep decoration and activities within your assigned booth area to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experienece for all attendees.

Commitment:

All booths must remain open for the entire event, from 5:00PM-7:00PM. Early departure is not permitted to ensure a safe and consistent experience for attendees.

• Tear-down Time: 7:00PM-7:30PM
