Join Stem Wine Bar for our October wine tasting events! Chef Doug has prepared 6 small bites to pair with a selection of wicked wines from around the world! Come celebrate the wacky, weird, and macabre and enjoy a ghost story or two as we delve into some haunted history and frighteningly tasty wine pairings!

A Fall Wine Tasting

1. Familia Torres Pazo das Bruxas — Albariño

Crispy Cod & Potato Cake

Microgreen and frisée salad, pickled pepper, lemon-herb aioli

2. Trefethen Oak Knoll Chardonnay

The Witch’s Broom

Crispy phyllo-wrapped Fontina, pear-quince mostarda, smoked paprika, pumpkin seed

3. Miura Monterey Pinot Noir

Lightly smoked pork tenderloin, caramelized onion and wild mushroom jus, pickled mustard seeds, crispy sage

4. Barone Ricasoli Chianti Classico Riserva

The Haunted Hare

Tuscan rabbit toast, tomato, olive, garlic, rosemary, reduced braising jus

5. Leviathan Red Blend

The Beast

Grilled Wagyu flank, black garlic bordelaise, charred onion, cracked black pepper

6. Stokes’ Ghost Petite Sirah

The Black Wing

Crisped duck confit, roasted squash, tart cranberry-quince gastrique, toasted pumpkin seed crunch

• Let us know of any allergies or dietary preferences before the night of the tastings, no substitutions will be made once the tasting has begun.
• We will no longer be offering tickets to purchase on-site the day of. All tickets need to be purchased online prior to the event.
• W e will no longer offer refunds within 24 hours of your event.
• Please inform us of seating requests before the day of your event. All seating arrangements will be assigned prior to your visit and cannot be changed the day of the event.
• All wine tasting seating is communal and Stem is open to the public during these ticketed events.
• This is a wine tasting event with 6 small bites included.
• For your convenience, Stem’s dinner + beverage menus will be available before (starting at 5 p.m.) and after the tasting events ,but not during the event (6pm-7:30pm)
