She is originally from Orlando, FL, where she started her nursing career and then transitioned to travel nursing for 7 years. During her travel nursing experiences, she worked with oncology and chronic illness populations in a variety of settings. Her passion is studying plants and immersing herself in nature and her home gardens. Today, Lauren teaches holistic health and herbal education through her consulting business, Honest Thriving; creating experiences that provide relaxation, clarity, and self-awareness to help people make informed decisions that align best with their individual wellness.
