Check-in Begins
Participants will arrive and enter the venue. We will have snacks and refreshments. We will also use this time to allow participants to meet one another and form teams.

Welcome!
Participants will meet the judges, be presented with the rules of the hackathon, and get a chance to ask questions. If accommodations are needed, this would be the time to allow the organizers or volunteers to know.

Team Selection and Planning
Participants will get an opportunity to select teammates or enter solo. Team names and participants must be registered with the judges by the end of this block to ensure they are included.
