Join us for October’s First Tuesday as MANTECH discusses its newly awarded five-year, $345 million contract in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division.
Under the contract, MANTECH will deliver research and development for the Expeditionary C3 and Cyber Division, with a focus on Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) and cyber capabilities. The work will support critical mission areas including electronic warfare, strategic missions and expeditionary warfare.
Attendees will learn more about the scope of the contract, the technologies and capabilities involved, and how this work will support NSWC Crane and the nation’s warfighters across increasingly complex digital environments.

Ray has been with MANTECH for more than three years and is the program manager for the company’s newly awarded $345M Defense Technical Information Center contract supporting C3I and cyber capabilities for the MXL Division and NSWC Crane.
Before joining MANTECH, Ray served for 30 years as an active-duty U.S. Naval Officer. His tours included serving as Commanding Officer of USS SHOUP (DDG 86), Commanding Officer of NSWC Port Hueneme Division, and a program manager with PEO IWS 2 and PEO EIS.
