Build Your Strategy workshop – for startups in the AI era

On the same topic Simon spoke about during Rome Future Week, this standalone workshop enables you to build a robust strategy to unlock traction and growth. It begins with a seminar that gives you and your team a shared understanding of strategy to work from. This is followed by an exercise to clarify your business context. And in the afternoon you will be guided through each step of a new framework as you build your strategy. The following day a one-on-one session with Simon is also included to evaluate your strategy.

Requirements

This workshop is only for startups or scale-ups (solopreneurs will not be offered a place) You will need to bring at least one partner with you to attend the workshop, but a team of up to 5 people is welcome.
