In-Person Class: Handmade Chocolate Truffles (NYC)

Indulge your sweet tooth in this fun, hands-on chocolate truffle-making class! Perfect for beginners, this class will guide you through the process of creating decadent, handcrafted chocolate truffles from scratch.

With guidance from Chef Dee, you’ll learn essential chocolate-making techniques, including how to prepare a silky-smooth ganache, incorporate different flavors, pipe and shape your truffles, and achieve the perfect finish. Then, it’s time to get creative! Customize your truffles with a variety of delicious coatings and toppings. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a box of your own handmade chocolate truffles, new confectionery skills, and the confidence to recreate these irresistible treats at home.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
