Preventing Burnout in Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is uniquely vulnerable to burnout, and the data agrees: as many as 80% of cybersecurity professionals cite overwhelming stress as interfering with their ability to protect client data. We all feel it, don't we? Burnout impacts performance, profits, and people. But when we identify and specifically mitigate the factors that lead to burnout, real solutions emerge.
