Students will work alongside event, media, and production professionals while developing practical skills in a professional live-event environment. The experience is designed to connect classroom education with real-world career training.

Student Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with event promotions and brand messaging
• Supporting media and press coordination
• Assisting with guest, talent, and event communications
• Creating and organizing promotional content
• Supporting social media and digital media activities
• Assisting production and broadcast teams
• Helping with event-day coordination and communications
• Maintaining professional workplace standards

Work-Study & Academic Credit

Eligible students may apply approved on-the-job training hours toward graduation credits, subject to their college or educational program's academic requirements and approval.
