No. This event is designed for women of all experience levels, including complete beginners. Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can participate comfortably.

Will I be getting hit?

No. This event does not involve sparring or physical contact between participants. All boxing activities are focused on fitness, skill development, stress relief, and personal empowerment.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes. Be prepared to move, sweat, and have fun. Wear your favorite shade of pink!

Do I need to bring boxing gloves?

No. Equipment will be provided. However, if you own boxing gloves and prefer to use them, feel free to bring them.

Release Therapy is more than a fitness event. While boxing-based activities are included, the experience also focuses on stress relief, wellness, and community connection.
