Welcome to The Midicon, a live experience for women navigating midlife in all its messy, funny, complicated, sometimes liberating reality.

We're bringing together women and people who know their stuff for a day of candid conversation about the things we're already talking about with our friends, partners, doctors, sisters and sometimes just ourselves.

No running between rooms. No trying to choose between six things happening at once.

We're all in the same room, having the conversation together.

So, what are we talking about?

Earning it. Saving it. Spending it. Starting over. And figuring out whether we'll actually have enough.

BODY + MIND
Menopause. Sleep. Weight. Brain fog. Mood. Muscle. ADHD. What's changing, why, and what we can actually do about it.

WHEN THEY'RE GONE
Grief. Caregiving. Empty nests. And what happens when the people or roles we've spent years caring for change or aren't there anymore.

RELATIONSHIPS + MENOPAUSE
Bodies change. Needs change. Patience definitely changes. What does that mean for our relationships, and what do the people we love actually understand about what we're going through?
