We’ll begin with a heart-opening hawthorn tea ceremony, drop into an ecstatic dance journey with DJ AIDAN KAVANAGH and gently land with a soothing sound bath with Kate (@my.celestial.sanctuary)

ABOUT OUR DJ:

Aidan Kavanagh has been facilitating Ecstatic Dance and Conscious Dance events since 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in music supervision and DJing.

He was the resident DJ at Dublin’s iconic Sugar Club for around 12 years and has performed at renowned festivals including Electric Picnic and Body & Soul, as well as events and festivals across Europe and the US.

With a deep passion for music, movement and connection, Aidan feels fortunate to have built a life around creating memorable musical experiences and holding spaces where people can move, connect and let go.

This is a space to connect, express, and move freely - no experience needed, just come as you are, move however you feel and let’s celebrate the return of the light both inside and out! 🧡

Arrival: Please make sure to arrive 15 mins in advance while you enter the space silently.

Guidelines:

🦶 Barefoot -or drugs - this is a mindful space and we want to experience our natural state to the fullest.

🤫 Sacred silence - You are asked not to talk during the dance - this is an immersive experience and a conversation-free space. There will be time to talk after the event 😊

📱 No phones - Phone free zone - please keep phones off/silent.

💖 Respect - Please take responsibility for yourself and be mindful of other individuals personal space - this is a space of non-judgement.

What to bring:

• A small towel in case you sweat
• Wear comfy clothes that give you a full range of motion
• An open & receptive mind

About Ecstatic Dance:

Ecstatic dance is a free form dance experience guided by live DJ music. The music was selected to create a journey-like flow throughout the session. So it progresses from slower, softer tunes at the beginning to more energetic and vibrant rhythms as we start dancing. We will provide some guidance and facilitation, but the music, the community, and your own inner space will be your guides.
