Question 1

How long is the tour?

Accepted Answer

About 45 minutes. Tours start at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. on both Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1 — you pick your start time when you book.

Question 2

What's included in the $60 ticket?

Accepted Answer

The guided tour of the vineyard and working winery, plus one glass of 14 Acres wine to finish.

Question 3

Is it really free for Wine Club members?

Accepted Answer

Yes — active members get the tour and a glass of wine complimentary. Use the access code in your member email to unlock the member ticket, and we'll verify your membership at check-in.

Question 4

Do members still need to reserve a spot?

Accepted Answer

Please do. Every tour is capped at 20 people, so booking is the only way to be sure of your time.

Question 5

Is there food?

Accepted Answer

You can add a personal charcuterie board for $15 when you book. It's optional and not included in either ticket. Our regular tasting room menu is also available before or after your tour.

Question 6

Do I need to be 21?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this tour includes a wine pour, so guests must be 21 and bring ID.

Question 7

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Closed-toe shoes you don't mind getting dirty, and layers. Much of the tour is outdoors on uneven ground that may be wet, and the weather in late September can turn.

Question 8

How much walking is involved?

Accepted Answer

We'll be on our feet moving through vineyard rows and the production area. The ground is uneven and not paved throughout.

Question 9

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We tour rain or shine. Bring a jacket.

Question 10

Will I actually see winemaking?

Accepted Answer

That's the point of these two days. Harvest is running, so you'll see fruit coming in and the crush pad in use. It's a real working winery, which also means the exact route may shift depending on what's happening that hour.

Question 11

Can I take photos?

Accepted Answer

Please do, and tag us on Instagram. Just stay with your guide and out of the working areas.
