Established in 1971, The Latin Builders Association® (LBA) is the largest Hispanic construction association in the United States. The association, a nonprofit organization that encompasses a vast array of individuals and companies related to South Florida’s vibrant construction industry, embodies the interests of builders, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, lawyers, electricians, real estate agents, tradesmen, and many more. We strive to provide a vital forum for discussion, networking, training/development, and representation at the local and state levels.

There are only a few Membership Cocktails left before we close out 2026, and our next stop is one you won’t want to miss.On Thursday, October 8, Gaggenau is opening the doors of its Miami Design District showroom to the LBA for an evening that goes beyond your typical cocktail—a full Gaggenau experience.Founded in 1683 as a Black Forest ironworks, Gaggenau brings more than 340 years of German craftsmanship into the modern kitchen, combining timeless design with professional-grade innovation.Throughout the evening, members will enjoy a guided showroom experience, moving through the different spaces and discovering Gaggenau’s collections firsthand. The night will also feature a special culinary experience, live DJ entertainment, networking, and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the evening.Come connect with fellow LBA members while experiencing one of the Design District’s premier showrooms in a completely different way.Capacity is limited, and registration is required. Members who are not registered will not be able to access the event, so please secure your spot before we sell out.
