<h3>Description</h3><p>So simple, yet so good. Rich, yet light in texture, homemade ricotta is a prime example of how three ingredients (milk, an acid, and salt) can come together to make a huge difference in a finished dish.</p><p>In class, we’ll experiment with different acidifying agents to create ricotta in easy, cost-effective ways that you can easily replicate at home. Once we’ve made our homemade ricotta, we’ll use the finished product in an Italian-inspired menu of appetizers, entrée, and dessert that showcases the versatility of the beloved cheese, including the whey (a natural by-product of cheesemaking).</p><p>At the end of class, you’ll get to sit down and enjoy the impressive ricotta-filled meal you’ve created.</p><p>You will be working in a small group. For ages 13 and up. Attendees not yet 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.  21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.</p>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
