Whether you're just beginning your coffee journey or looking to sharpen your skills, this series is a fun and educational way to dive deeper into the world of coffee. Each workshop is led by our Beverage Director, John Cappelletti, right here at our Birdsboro café.

Your 4-class bundle includes:

• Intro to Espresso — Get hands-on behind the bar with a workflow review and practical espresso training. We’ll cover tasting and dialing-in guides, build confidence with the equipment and process, and leave plenty of time for Q&A. Plus, take home a few coffee-related gifts!
• Latte Art — Learn the foundations of great latte art with an introduction to milk steaming and pouring techniques, including how to work with alternative milks. We’ll move into more complex patterns, followed by discussion and plenty of time for Q&A.
• Coffee Tasting — Develop your coffee palate through sensory training and guided coffee cupping. Learn how to identify and describe different flavors and characteristics in coffee, with plenty of discussion and Q&A. Plus, you’ll leave with a few coffee-related gifts!
• Pour Over — Dive deep into pour-over brewing and learn how each brewing variable affects your cup. We’ll review pour-over techniques, experiment with different approaches, and spend lots and lots of time brewing, tasting, and learning together.

This is a multi-date, multi-event bundle that includes four separate coffee workshops. You must select a date for each class before purchasing the bundle in order to claim your spot in each workshop.

Before purchasing, please complete the order form and select ONE date for EACH of the following:

• Coffee Tasting
• Pour Over

Your selected dates determine which individual workshops you’ll attend. Once you’ve completed the form and purchased the bundle, you’ll be registered for a spot in each of your four selected classes.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the date and time of each class, along with email reminders before each event.
