Virtual Registration Information

Virtual Registration Deadlines:

Registration is now open and will be available on this tab. Please note, while there are deadlines for participation in specific governance sessions, there is only one conference registration required. Please note that this registration is for VIRTUAL attendance.

Virtual Registration Deadline: 3/5/2027

Governance:

Our Member Services team is required to verify each individual’s membership status prior to the conference and will need lead time in order to do so. Please note that there is a 50-day cut-off for AGM'27 Members need to renew their membership to vote at AGM'27 by January 22nd, 2027. If you have any questions regarding Working Parties and/or Voting Plenary at the AGM'27, please contact us at aimember@aiusa.org as soon as possible.

Please note, while there is no guarantee that you will be able to vote if you miss this deadline, our team will do its best to accommodate late registrations. We will need at least 24 hours’ notice to provide voting credentials.

Ticket Pricing:

There are two ticket options for the Virtual AGM'27. Either ticket will grant you virtual access to the full 3-day conference.

Virtual AGM'27 Ticket:

$10.00 – Student/Educator/Senior/Fixed-Income Ticket

$15.00 – General Admission Ticket
