NAME IT
Identify the decision, conversation or move that has remained open.

PRICE IT
Put a real number on what the waiting has already cost you.

DATE IT
Put a date on what happens next before you leave the room.

Randy works privately with founders and executives, one client at a time. On October 22, he’s bringing that work into a room in Montreal.

His own most expensive delay lasted 15 years and cost him approximately $400,000, a marriage, and 15 years he cannot get back.

That experience changed the way he thinks about difficult decisions, timing and the cost of waiting.
