A Night of Colourful Heritage

Step behind the lens for an unforgettable evening of photography, culture and creativity at the Chinese Garden of Friendship.

Presented in collaboration with the Chinese Garden of Friendship, Fujifilm House of Photography and NANLITE, A Night of Colourful Heritage invites photography enthusiasts to explore the garden through portraiture, landscape and food photography. Across a series of guided stations, you’ll discover new ways to capture Chinese heritage, traditional clothing, authentic expressions, beautiful garden landscapes and culturally inspired food.

A unique photography experience

Bring your camera and prepare to see the Chinese Garden of Friendship in a whole new light. The evening will feature practical workshops, creative photography stations and opportunities to learn from experienced trainers while putting your skills into practice.

Capture portraits featuring models in traditional Chinese clothing, experiment with highlights, shadows and black-and-white photography, and learn how colour, composition and lighting can transform your images. You’ll also have the chance to photograph the garden’s distinctive landscapes and explore creative approaches to food photography.
