Math Instructional Leadership Institute with SchoolKit In Person

Leaders will build on from training session #1 to:

-Reflect on learning from PL Day 1 & COP 1
-Explore the design of their adopted HQIM to call out non-negotiables in effective implementation (e.g., key components, routines, pacing)
-Define or refine expectations for HQIM implementation & a plan to communicate those expectations with their teams
-Reflect on the use of the Instructional Practice Guide and build or refine a plan for conducting walk-throughs to monitor and support HQIM implementation
