● Build a common understanding of the essential elements of high-quality math instruction using HQIM

● Unpack and explore the New Mexico Math Framework 2.0 and New Mexico Instructional Materials Implementation Tool and identify which phase of implementation their school or district is in and next steps needed to support teachers and leaders effectively & monitor progress

● Draft a cohesive, living vision for high-quality math instruction and explicitly call out how their selected HQIM aligns with that vision
