Cancellation policy:

For each session, we reserve the right to cancel at any time and issue a full refund. If you are unable to attend the seminar, please email jjaramillo@milibrary.org or call 415-393-0101 by Wednesday, October 28 to receive a full refund, less any non-refundable ticketing fees which may be applicable. All fees must be paid at the time of registration.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Institute. In-person purchases are not subject to EventBrite processing fees.
