Poetry Writing Workshop & Cafecito

Back of the Yards Coffee

Join us for a poetry writing workshop with Inaugural Poet Laureate of Joliet Uxmar Torres & some cafecito!

Back of the Yards Coffeehouse

This event will be a free poetry writing workshop. All writing materials will be provided. The group will read and discuss a poem, take time to write their own poems, and we will have time to share out work at the end of the workshop. Whether you have never written a poem or have been writing poetry for 100 years, all are welcome!
