The Wake

All good things must come to an end.

Some endings deserve a proper send-off.

So, we’re holding a wake.

For those who remember when a certain corner of the internet felt exciting, chaotic, occasionally absurd and full of people worth knowing.

A night to raise a glass to the things that were, the things that are, and perhaps a few things that have yet to come to pass.

There are some things we could say. We probably won’t.

Instead, expect a live DJ, a complimentary drink on arrival, familiar faces, new introductions and the sort of conversations that may begin very respectably and deteriorate from there.

Come to reconnect. Come to raise a glass. Come to dance on a grave.

We’ll be gathering at Stück in Dalston, an intimate, design-led space created by the team behind Klub Verboten. The coolest venue in London that you haven’t been to... yet.

Dress: bereaved, but devastating. Dress as though you just buried your third husband and inherited beautifully.

This is not a funeral.

Well. Not technically.

The party was always the people.
