Taylor Ho Bynum's Spider Monkey Strings

Baltimore native artist, multi-instrumentalist, educator and writer Taylor Ho Bynum assembles a new group he's dubbed Spider Monkey Strings for his debut at Moondog Cafe in Detroit.

Serving as a lead-up to Kerrytown Concert House's 30th annual Edgefest in Ann Arbor, Ho Bynum invites a new grouping of old friends and collaborators to join him in revisiting 2 albums he recorded under the Spider Monkey Strings moniker.

Joining him on stage is violinist Jason Kao Hwang, cellists Jeff Song & Daniel Lin, vocal artist Deanna Relyea and contrabass clarinestist Piotr Michalowski.
