We are closing out the 2026 Financial Wellness Colleaborative session, in partnership with Phoenix Prodigy Enterprise to assist with DBE/SLDBE/DOTD Certifications.

Join us for our final DBE, SLDBE, & DOTD workshps facilitated by Latasha Glass, financial coach and business strategist facilitator. There are two concurrent sessions to choose from where you can get a DBE consultation to improve readiness and gather necessary supporting documents; For those prepped , you will leave class with a notarized and ready-to-file application . Dinner will be provided will be supplied for onsite entrepreneur guests.

1. We're excited to offer this intensive workshop designed specifically for those ready to dive deep. With limited seats available, we aim to keep this a focused, impactful experience for all attendees.
2. To ensure that each spot goes to someone fully prepared and committed, we ask that only those genuinely ready for this workshop register.
3. Consultations will determine if you are prepared for the filing portion of the workshop.

Required Materials (MUST BRING TO SESSION):

🌱Have a laptop devices...Laptops highly recommended. Have a notebook, writing utensils, & questions.

🪴3 years of Personal Taxes and 5years of Business Taxes; or digital printable access.🌳

1. FUND 17 to provide binders, jumpdrives, applications, printer for forms, net worth statement templates.
2. Here's a list of what's required for DOTD application that we will support you on completing. (Review both hyperlinks in blue)
3. ***This workshop is not offered virtually.
4. ***Please note that this workshop is an adult-focused environment, and we kindly ask that no children attend.
5. This is a $400 value per entrepreneur.
