The Unnamed Process: Get Paid to Fix the Processes Nobody Else Will Touch

Every job has a process that only works because only one person remembers how to do it. When that person leaves, things break. You can be the person who fixes that; and gets paid for it.

Today, we're encouraging you to name it. Not fixing it, not writing it down in detail; just picking one thing you do often but not the same way twice, and putting a name on it.

This program is designed to build and position you as a Process Operator. You'll use a set of already built tools: a runbook engine, a step-by-step method, and workbooks; to turn a messy process into one that runs on its own. With real practice reps and support built in at each stage; not just more learning. The goal is to get you to your first real conversation with confidence, not just theory.
