Join us in the park on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings for Capoeira - a fun and inclusive martial art for everyone!
Beginners will learn the basics of capoeira's movements, history, music, and culture. Everyone will get to train to improve you fitness, flexibility, and overall capoeira knowledge. Social distancing will be enforced and all government Covid related guidelines will be followed, so only a few spots are available.
