Wine Class - Blind Tasting

Blind tasting is the ultimate learning experience for wine drinkers, a chance to put aside preconceptions and truly engage with the wine in front of you. It is a game of wits and senses, which can be competitive or cooperative, but is always consummate fun. In this class, Laura Botten will challenge you to taste different wines and produce your own set of tasting notes. You will then have the chance to compare these to the winemaker's notes and see how your observations compare. Finally, you will get the chance to guess the grapes and regions, though these wines may be a little more outside the ordinary.
