Dragons in the Details is a deep dive Fantasy Romance podcast that aims to change the conversation about "romantasy." The show was born from a simple goal: to treat fantasy books written by women, for women, with the same respect that is typically shown to male authors in the genre. We go far beyond surface level recaps to answer the burning questions about the internet's favorite books, covering series like ACOTAR by Sarah J Maas and The Empyrean by Rebecca Yarros. We take the books that the media loves to call "smut" and give them the literary analysis they deserve, crafting mind-blowing theories along the way.
