Systemic Constellations Mini-Series: What Holds Us - Workshop: Sept 30

Cari Caldwell

We take our most primary relationship - with the Earth - for granted. We invite you to learn what we have to offer each other.

Workshop 2 : What Moves Through Us "She arrived before any of us. Before our parents, before the earliest ancestor we can name, — she was here. In the language of systemic constellations, this holds special meaning: The Earth is the Mother of our entire lineage.Receiving Life, Restoring ExchangeThe Earth gives continuously. Life flows from her in every direction — through the food we eat, the air we breathe, the ground we walk on, the rhythms of season and dark and light that govern our bodies whether we attend to them or not. She does not withhold. And yet many of us cannot receive her. Something in us — some knot of ancestral grief, displacement, or rupture — stands between us and the life she offers constantly. The order of exchange is profoundly disrupted: we take, we consume, we destroy, but often we do not receive with consciousness, and we do not give back.In this second evening, we bring constellation methodology to the question of exchange. We will trace what in our personal and ancestral systems blocks the flow — and we begin to open it. What would it mean to truly receive what the Earth gives? What could we offer in return?Themes may include:

The order of exchange, and how it has been disrupted between humans and Earth

Ancestral threads that block receiving: displacement, severed belonging, unresolved grief

Constellation work using floor markers and guided representation

Sentences of restoration: acknowledging, bowing, receiving, returning

What right relationship and renewed flow actually feels like in your body

At each workshop you will receive: Teaching: Foundational systemic principles and the four orders governing all living systems — belonging, time, place, and exchange — applied directly to our relationship with the Earth.Reflection: Guided inquiry into your personal and family system's relationship with the planet — tracing the threads of connection, rupture, and inheritance held in your lineage.Micro-Constellation: A personal constellation exploring a dynamic within your own system as it relates to the Earth — using floor markers or representatives to reveal what moves in the field.Group Constellation: Participation in a full group constellation with a focus client chosen by the group on the evening — an opportunity to serve as representative and witness the field in full movement.
