Burnout to Balance

Burnout to Balance

Overview

Dive into Burnout to Balance and recharge your life with tips, laughs, and chill vibes in-person!

Reclaim Your Energy. Restore Your Balance. Come Back to Yourself.

Feeling overwhelmed, drained, or like you’re constantly running on empty? Burnout to Balance is a 2-hour experience designed to help you pause, reconnect with yourself, and learn practical tools to move from burnout toward balance.

We’ll begin with a guided workshop using worksheets from Kristine Losiewski’s Burnout to Balance journal-workbook, where you’ll take an honest look at your personal burnout patterns, explore the types of rest and recovery you actually need, reconnect with who you are beyond everything you do, and identify boundaries that can help protect your energy.

Then we’ll take the work from your mind into your body with a 60-minute mindful yoga session in the salt cave. Through breathwork, gentle movement, heart-opening poses, grounding, and restorative practices, you’ll have the opportunity to release some of the physical tension that comes with constantly being “on.”

You’ll leave with practical tools, guided reflection materials, and a personal commitment to help you continue creating more balance long after the workshop ends.

This isn’t about adding more to your already-full plate. It’s about learning how to live in a way that leaves you with more energy for the people, things, and moments that matter most.

Give yourself two hours to pause, reset, and invest in YOU. Register today and reserve your spot for Burnout to Balance!
