This is a space for those of you who are already under care and want to feel more connected to the work you are doing here.

We will walk through simple tools you can use both in the office and at home to support your nervous system and stay engaged with the changes happening in your body. These are things we have seen make a real difference over time, especially when they are practiced consistently.

This is not a formal workshop. It is a guided and experiential space where you can ask questions, explore what you are noticing, and build a better understanding of your own patterns. The intention is to help you work with your system in a way that feels more natural and supportive between visits.

If you have ever found yourself wondering what to do between sessions or how to get more out of your care, this will give you a place to start.

Come as you are. You will leave with simple and grounded ways to support your experience under care.
