Spell School Bristol: Cord Cutting

We’re diving into cord cutting—what it actually is, when to use it and how to release the energetic ties keeping you connected to people, situations, patterns or past versions of yourself.

We’ll be exploring:

• What energetic cords are and how they can affect us
• The difference between cord cutting, cleansing, banishing and setting boundaries
• When a cord cutting is appropriate—and when it might not be
• What you can cut cords with, including relationships, experiences, habits, emotions and old versions of yourself
• How to set a clear intention for what you are releasing
• Different methods of cord cutting and the tools you can use
• How to protect and ground yourself before the working
• What to do after a cord cutting to prevent the connection from reforming
• How to reclaim your energy and call your power back to you
  

And because it’s Spell School, we won’t just be talking about it.

You’ll also take part in a practical cord-cutting ritual, working with fire, intention and release to let go of something that no longer belongs in the next chapter of your life.

This session is about facing what has been lingering, releasing what you are ready to leave behind and creating space for something new.

No previous experience is needed. Just come curious-and ready to let some sh*t go.
