Baramor and Oak n' Barrel welcome you for an evening built around one of the most allocated names in American whiskey. Richard Kolack of Michter's joins us to lead a guided tasting of six expressions - a lineup that would take years of luck and a very good retailer to assemble on your own.

The night opens with a welcome cocktail built on Michter's US*1 Bourbon, then moves into the tasting:

• Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Rye
• Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon
• Shenk's Homestead Sour Mash
• Bomberger's Declaration Bourbon
• Michter's Barrel Strength Sour Mash
• Michter's Barrel Strength Rye

All six are allocated - none of these are bottles you walk in and buy. Shenk's Homestead and Bomberger's Declaration make up Michter's Legacy Series, released once a year in small quantities and named for the Pennsylvania distilling lineage this whiskey traces back to. The two 10 Year single barrels rarely make it to a shelf. And the Barrel Strength pair arrives uncut, at full proof, exactly as it came out of the barrel.
