What if the greatest competitive advantage in the age of AI isn’t artificial intelligence at all, but your own genius? Join bestselling author, TEDx speaker, and Founder of Thought Leader Academy Sara Connell for Women Starting Movements, an immersive workshop created for ambitious women ready to think bigger, access more original ideas, and turn those ideas into greater influence, impact, and opportunity. As the world races to outsource more of our thinking to AI, emerging research is raising a provocative question: what happens to our creativity, critical thinking, and judgment when we stop training these skills? According to research from Microsoft, Carnagie Mellon University, and the Lancet medical journal - a swift 20% decline in creative, strategic, and analytical thinking and skill. In this dynamic afternoon, you'll learn Sara’s neuroscience-based Download Method to train your brain for greater creativity, innovative thinking, clarity, and solutions beyond the status quo, then build on your most inspired ideas to create the foundation of an industry changing movement and the courage to lead it. You'll learn Sara's proven Write, Speak, Scale, the thought leadership methodology behind more than 1,000 women’s bestselling books, TEDx talks, podcast tours, and growing businesses. You’ll identify the movement you’re uniquely positioned to lead, learn how to differentiate yourself in an increasingly AI-saturated world, and build your own movement plan live in the room, with a strategy for turning your ideas into visibility, revenue, and meaningful impact.
