Spell School Bristol: Working with Ancestors (Halloween Special)

This Halloween, Spell School is getting a little darker.

We’re diving into ancestor work - what it actually is, how to connect with your ancestors intentionally, and how to bring ancestral connection into your own spiritual practice and spellwork.

We’ll be exploring:

• What ancestor work is and who we can actually work with
• How to connect with ancestors in a way that feels intentional and grounded
• Ancestor altars and what you might want to include on yours
• Offerings and how to choose something that actually feels meaningful
• Boundaries, discernment and knowing who you are opening yourself up to
• How ancestors can be worked with for guidance, protection, healing, strength and support
• How to weave ancestral connection into spellwork
  

And because it’s Spell School, we won’t just be talking about it.

You’ll also take part in practical ancestral spellwork, creating an offering and working with intention, connection and remembrance.

This is a Halloween special, but it’s not about spooky aesthetics for the sake of it. It’s about exploring why this time of year has such a strong connection with the dead, remembrance and ancestry, and using that as a doorway into a deeper practice.

No previous experience is needed. Just come curious and ready to explore.
