Five cuvées, six courses, each pairing chosen to bring out texture, umami, and the quiet luxury of a well-matched pour. From the lifted freshness of La Cuvée Brut to the depth and grandeur of Grand Siècle Iteration N°27, this is champagne at the table where it belongs — alongside food that meets it as an equal.

Hosting the evening is Guillaume Paillard, Head of Export for the Asia Zone at Laurent-Perrier, who will take guests through each cuvée and the thinking behind every pairing.
