Join us for a community run + sauna with @arvo.sauna

We’ll be heading out on an easy-paced 5K run from Arvo Sauna into Epping Forest before returning to unwind and connect.

Whether you’re a regular runner or just looking to meet new people, everyone is welcome.

Easy-paced 5K - 10:15
Sauna & Plunge - 11:00-12:00

Arvo is located at 93 Shernhall Street, E17 9HS, a short walk from both Walthamstow Central and Wood Street Station.
What to bring:
– Swimwear – Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry) – Water bottle – Flip flops / slides (optional)
What we have: – Lockers & keys – Male and Female change rooms – Showers – Filtered drinking water – Complimentary herbal tea

Cycling? We have a secure courtyard to lock your bike.
We recommend arriving hydrated and taking the session at your own pace. If you feel unwell at any point, please step out and let a member of the team know.
