Table & Spice invites you to an intimate, hands-on cooking experience designed for couples who want to do more than simply go out to dinner.

For our October gathering, guests will step into the kitchen alongside Chef Patrick of Heirloom, for an Italian-inspired evening centered around seasonal ingredients, foundational culinary techniques and the art of making something beautiful from scratch.

Together, you'll learn, cook, sip and ultimately gather around the table to enjoy what you've created.

THE EXPERIENCE

Throughout the evening, guests will work alongside their partner while Chef Patrick guides the room through techniques that can be carried into your own kitchen—from proper knife skills and building flavor to creating fresh pasta and pairings from scratch.

The evening is intentionally intimate, allowing plenty of opportunity to ask questions, learn directly from the chef and enjoy the experience without the feel of a traditional demonstration-style class.

THE OCTOBER 9 MENU

An Italian-inspired, seasonal menu featuring a hands-on fresh pasta experience, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and complementary Old Barrel Spice Company selections. Final menu to be announced.
